PCB layout
High-density boards of four layers and above, including 0.35 mm pitch QFN fan-out, multiple power domains, controlled-impedance differential pairs, and EMC and design-for-manufacture practice.
Embedded firmware
ESP32 and other mainstream IoT platforms, covering application state machines, multi-channel PWM and motor control, closed-loop PID temperature control, and low-power and deep-sleep strategies.
Sensing and signal processing
NTC temperature sampling with fault diagnosis, Hall-effect current and voltage acquisition, encoder-based positioning, and interference-resistant weighing.
Light source and power control
Time-multiplexed multi-source driving synchronised to exposure windows, UV and laser module control, power limiting and soft start.
Wireless and connectivity
BLE provisioning and GATT services, Wi-Fi with MQTT, HTTPS reporting and network time synchronisation.

Turnkey development
Hardware design, PCB layout, embedded firmware, cloud integration and production tooling delivered as one package.
Hardware + firmware
The customer owns product planning and mechanical design; we deliver the hardware design and embedded software.
PCB layout only
The customer supplies the schematic; we handle placement and routing, stack-up and impedance design, and deliver the production files.
Embedded software only
The customer already has a hardware platform; we develop the firmware, integrate the protocols and build the OTA capability.
Sample-to-production transfer
The customer already has firmware; we take care of the hardware and production ramp-up — production files, flashing fixtures and outgoing test items — and coordinate with partner PCB and PCBA factories from prototype to volume.
Technical advisory / design review
Per-engagement review of schematics, PCB layout or firmware architecture, plus component selection advice to help teams avoid costly rework at key milestones.
